You look back
like you know me.
You see my face
as if you recognize who i am.

Your eyes stair blankly.

Are you surprised at what you see?

I am what I am,
but you see me differently,
like you know
what’s inside of me.

You wear the same clothes,
same eyes
same face

But still
you say
I can be better.

Change

Change is life.
You don’t have a full life without it.
You change schools,
change styles,
change friends,
and the biggest change of all
you change yourself.

The world is changing on a daily basis
No one can really stop it.
You grow up
mature
hopefully become a better person.
People go threw change that completely
impacts their life.
A.K.A "life changes"
Most are for the better
but some
are for the worst.
Those changes suck.

But
you deal
with the good and bad
you grow with life
experience a full life
even a happy one :)

the army you told me

Behind bars n more like it.

you said "i'll be home soon"

Nine years and still counting is more like it.

you say that we always come first

Girlfriend before daughters is more like it.

you took moms hand and said "i'll love you forever"

Forever is shorter than i thought,

divorce is more like it.

they say a father and daughters love is Eternal

but how can you love someone

when all they do

is never what it really is
